Alfredo Karam is a full-time real estate agent in Orlando and surrounding areas of Central Florida. His law background has been an important factor to his success in real estate sales. He holds a Law degree, a Master in Taxation from Boston University and admitted to the New York State Bar. Before becoming a real estate agent, Alfredo worked for law offices and companies involved in different areas of the real estate business. His relevant experience includes negotiation of real estate contracts, real estate market research, real estate taxation and the sales of single family houses, condominiums, townhomes, multi family buildings, and investment properties in the city of Winter Park, Orlando and surrounding areas of Central Florida. Alfredo has the experience of working with sellers, buyers and investors. He's proficient in Spanish with basic knowledge of Portuguese and Italian. "I love being in real estate.
